Director of Product (AI SaaS)

Location: Remote within Canada

Salary: CA$230,000–CA$290,000 annual salary

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for the core platform serving more than 620,000 frontline workers across 200+ global brands.
• Translate company strategy into product investments that improve customer value, business growth, adoption, and retention.
• Lead, coach, and grow an established team of Product Managers while strengthening accountability and autonomous decision-making.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and other leaders to align priorities and deliver strategic outcomes.
• Embed AI capabilities and AI-native ways of working into the product strategy and product organization.
• Represent the core product vision with customers, prospects, and at company events.

Requirements

• Required: experience leading Product for an Enterprise B2B SaaS product.
• Experience owning product vision, roadmaps, prioritization, and execution.
• Ability to balance customer needs, market opportunities, and technical considerations.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing Product Managers.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Sales leadership.
• Ability to understand frontline operations and represent product strategy with customers and prospects.
