What you will do

• Own daily reconciliations between loan origination activity and warehouse bank funding.
• Serve as the primary accounting liaison to warehouse bank partners.
• Drive month-end close processes, including journal entries and financial reporting.
• Calculate and validate monthly warehouse-line financial covenant compliance.
• Build and maintain reporting to summarize daily flow of funds.
• Coordinate user-acceptance testing for banking system or report changes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 3 to 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and general ledger accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with large data sets.
• Ability to manage recurring close cycles independently.

Nice to have

• Experience in mortgage, banking, or financial-services accounting.
• Familiarity with ERP and reporting tools like Workday, Databricks, or FloQast.
