What you will do

  • Develop and evolve the lifecycle marketing strategy across a portfolio of sports brands to drive long-term customer growth.
  • Optimize acquisition, activation, and conversion throughout the customer journey.
  • Design automated journeys using segmentation and personalization to increase engagement and lifetime value.
  • Define the CRM roadmap and influence platform capabilities to drive commercial growth.
  • Collaborate with Product, Content, Data, and Marketing teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Lead and develop the CRM team, establishing best practices and a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading lifecycle marketing or CRM strategy within a digital consumer business.
  • Deep expertise with modern CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, XtremePush, or Iterable).
  • Strong expertise in customer segmentation, personalization, and end-to-end lifecycle journey design.
  • Ability to use data, experimentation, and analytics to optimize commercial outcomes.
  • Experience scaling CRM programs within fast-paced, high-growth digital businesses.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Toronto, Canada.

Nice to have

  • Experience in sports, betting, gaming, affiliate marketing, media, or digital publishing.
  • Prior experience with XtremePush.
