What you will do

• Own end-to-end lifecycle marketing execution for Labs, including nurture, drip, and webinar campaigns.
• Build and optimize omni-channel journeys across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging using Iterable.
• Implement segmentation, personalization, and handlebar logic to ensure timely and relevant user communications.
• Develop and manage A/B testing and optimization roadmaps to improve conversion rates and engagement.
• Analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Data Engineering to scope data events, fields, and technical campaign requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, or CRM.
• Proficiency with Iterable or similar platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Marketo, HubSpot).
• Proven track record of building and optimizing multi-channel nurture and drip campaigns.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills to interpret campaign performance.
• Ability to operate as a senior individual contributor in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in healthcare, labs, or regulated customer journeys.
• Previous people leadership experience.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as n8n, Claude, or ChatGPT.
• Experience collaborating with Product and Data Engineering teams.
