TL;DR

Principal Client Partner (AdTech): Driving revenue growth for hirify.global’s advertising platform by cultivating strategic relationships with agencies and direct clients with an accent on consultative selling and content marketing solutions. Focus on managing full sales cycles, exceeding revenue quotas, and evangelizing the value of family-focused advertising programs.

Location: Remote-first (USA). Candidates must be located in or near the New York or Atlanta area.

Salary: $147,500–$195,000 plus sales bonus and equity.

What you will do

  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas through proactive outreach.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with media buying agencies and direct clients.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, crafting tailored native and content marketing programs using the Nativo platform.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through high-volume engagement and strategic presentations.
  • Lead ideation and strategic conversations to create results-driven campaigns.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote value and deepen relationships.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of digital media or advertising sales experience.
  • Proven track record of selling to brands and agencies with managed and programmatic deals.
  • Strong ability to manage a full sales cycle and build long-term client relationships.
  • Familiarity with brand storytelling, audience targeting, and digital advertising technologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and Salesforce.
  • Must be based in the New York or Atlanta area.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CTV and Video advertising.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools for sales and operational efficiency.
