TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the USA (Chicago hub or Remote)

Salary: $31 - $38 per hour

What you will do

  • Manage and accelerate a robust pipeline of active deals throughout the full sales cycle from qualification to close.
  • Generate high-value opportunities through strategic outbound self-sourcing and proactive activity.
  • Consult as a strategic partner to understand business needs and determine effective automated solutions.
  • Conduct high-impact discovery calls and product demos to translate technical features into business value.
  • Exceed monthly activity and revenue targets within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Collaborate across the organization to refine consultative approaches and mentor teammates.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of quota-carrying experience, preferably in a SaaS solution-selling environment.
  • Proven consultative sales skills with the ability to lead complex discovery sessions.
  • Knowledge of the email marketing and marketing automation industry.
  • Ability to maintain high productivity and manage multiple priorities under time constraints.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence decision-makers.
  • Must be based in the USA to be eligible for benefits like 401(k) and US health insurance.
