What you will do
- Manage and accelerate a robust pipeline of active deals throughout the full sales cycle from qualification to close.
- Generate high-value opportunities through strategic outbound self-sourcing and proactive activity.
- Consult as a strategic partner to understand business needs and determine effective automated solutions.
- Conduct high-impact discovery calls and product demos to translate technical features into business value.
- Exceed monthly activity and revenue targets within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Collaborate across the organization to refine consultative approaches and mentor teammates.
Requirements
- 2+ years of quota-carrying experience, preferably in a SaaS solution-selling environment.
- Proven consultative sales skills with the ability to lead complex discovery sessions.
- Knowledge of the email marketing and marketing automation industry.
- Ability to maintain high productivity and manage multiple priorities under time constraints.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence decision-makers.
