TL;DR

Account Manager (SaaS): Managing long-term business partnerships with global clients to drive product adoption, satisfaction, and revenue growth with an accent on strategic account planning and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on identifying expansion opportunities, managing complex sales cycles, and ensuring high-level service excellence within the supply chain and safety compliance domain.

Location: Must be based in the US. If residing within commutable distance to an office, a hybrid schedule (3 days in office) is required; remote work is available for those outside of commutable distance.

Salary: $86,000–$110,000 per year plus commission.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned global client business units.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet sales quotas and drive client retention.
  • Collaborate with implementation, solution engineering, and product teams to ensure solution adoption.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to identify satisfaction gaps and expansion opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with executive stakeholders across procurement, finance, and legal functions.
  • Track and report on account metrics, sales forecasts, and client satisfaction data.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of Account Management experience in enterprise SaaS or complex sales.
  • Must be based in the US with the ability to travel regularly to client sites and sales events.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage complex priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Supply Chain, Safety, ESG, or Procurement sectors.
  • Consultative or Challenger sales approach.
