Salary: $110,000 – $140,000

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic agency partners, including Holding Companies, GSIs, and global indie agencies.
  • Navigate complex, matrixed organizational structures to build relationships across multiple stakeholders and regional teams.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and content strategy sessions with senior and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Translate platform data into strategic recommendations to drive measurable improvements in AI Search visibility.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Strategic Partnerships to deliver enablement sessions and training that drive adoption at scale.
  • Equip partners with the data and talking points needed to position and sell Scrunch to their own clients.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in customer success or account management.
  • Substantial experience working for or closely with Holding Companies, GSIs, or large global agencies.
  • Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder relationships, including C-suite contacts.
  • Experience with global or multi-market account management and coordination.
  • Ability to turn technical insights into persuasive, strategic action plans.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Salt Lake City.
