What you will do
- Own and deepen relationships with key technical and go-to-market partners, focusing on AI and data warehouse providers.
- Build multi-threaded relationships at both the field seller level and partner leadership level.
- Design and execute co-selling and co-marketing motions to generate measurable pipeline.
- Represent the company in strategic negotiations to resolve friction and identify mutual value.
- Build systems, cadences, and reporting to turn partnerships into a repeatable, measurable function.
- Act as the internal voice of partners by surfacing roadmaps and priorities to internal teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or related go-to-market roles.
- Proven track record of building a partnerships function from scratch in a small, scaling startup environment.
- Ability to operate at multiple altitudes, from individual contributors to VP-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in turning partner relationships into measurable revenue and pipeline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and commercial audiences.
Nice to have
- Existing relationships within the AI or data warehouse ecosystems.
- Experience in open-source, developer tools, or data infrastructure companies.
