What you will do

• Coordinate introduction of new products into the factory by supplying required process documentation to factory customers.
• Act as the primary information interface between the fab and upstream/downstream customers.
• Track collateral items, manage wafer shipping communications, and create/update product codes in internal systems.
• Set up lot flows, kick off NPI checklists per module, and monitor progress through setup, power-on, and engineering samples to first production.
• Develop and implement NPI systems and business processes, and close issues identified in NPI reflections.

Requirements

• Location/onsite: Regular onsite presence at the assigned hirify.global site is required.
• BS or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Mechanical, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience working with engineering fundamentals.
• Strong understanding of product life cycle, fab processing, and post-fab activities.
• Experience working with and managing NPI builds in a factory environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

• Annual salary range for US-located roles: $89,010.00–$125,660.00 USD.
