Salary: $153,000 - $317,000 USD

What you will do

• Build and deliver certification and enablement programs for service distribution partners.
• Cultivate relationships with strategic service, distribution, and tech partners to drive mutual success.
• Develop written, visual, and video content showcasing modern product development workflows and Figma integrations.
• Represent the company at partner events, workshops, and conferences.
• Gather and synthesize feedback from users and partners to influence product evolution.

Requirements

• Deep, hands-on expertise in Figma with experience embedding the platform in product teams.
• Strong understanding of modern product design workflows, design systems, and design tokens.
• Ability to communicate complex design systems and workflows clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience partnering with engineers and cross-functional teams to translate design decisions into development outcomes.
• Must be able to travel up to 25% for partner engagements and events.
• Must be able to attend in-person onboarding in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted design or prototyping tools.
• Background in technical enablement or partner-facing roles.
