What you will do
- Lead GTM systems programs end-to-end, from discovery through implementation and adoption, delivering against business objectives.
- Partner with Sales Ops, Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Commercial Operations, and IT to define requirements, redesign processes, and implement scalable GTM solutions.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, prioritize workstreams, and drive execution across internal teams and implementation partners.
- Design operating processes, governance models, data standards, and KPIs to improve GTM efficiency, data quality, and adoption.
- Work with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs while balancing speed and scalability.
- Prepare executive-ready updates, recommendations, and decision materials to keep leadership aligned.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience leading enterprise GTM systems implementations, CRM transformations, or large-scale business systems programs.
- Experience with GTM technologies such as Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, Gong, and/or customer data platforms.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end GTM processes: lead management, opportunity management, forecasting, pipeline management, quoting, customer lifecycle, and reporting.
- Proven program management skills managing multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional/executive stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset to use data to identify issues, prioritize improvements, and measure business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, comfortable working with senior leadership and translating technical concepts into business language.
