What you will do

  • Build, launch, and measure campaigns across marketing automation and CRM systems with consistent taxonomy and reporting.
  • Develop measurement plans, benchmarks, and goals for upcoming programs and campaigns.
  • Monitor marketing attribution and performance across the funnel (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline) to implement continuous optimizations.
  • Own and improve marketing data systems, dashboards, and database health.
  • Manage lead scoring, routing, and list segmentation to improve prospect engagement and conversion.
  • Apply AI and machine learning to automate complex workflows and build predictive model frameworks.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US (Work authorization verified via E-Verify).
  • 5+ years of advanced experience with Hubspot, Google Analytics, and Salesforce.
  • Proficiency with SQL, Google Sheets/Excel, and go-to-market systems.
  • Proven experience leveraging AI tools and ML algorithms to automate workflows and optimize lead routing.
  • Strong understanding of B2B tech marketing, database structure, data hygiene, and attribution.
  • Working knowledge of GDPR and other privacy and marketing regulations.

Nice to have

  • Experience with product-focused analytics for developer technology platforms.
  • Knowledge of measuring developer journeys from registration and API calls to paid conversion.
