What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to draft and document technical requirements (PRDs & Story Points) for new initiatives.
• Support tactical project execution by tracking tasks, managing blockers, and providing status updates.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and alignment on system improvements and the operational roadmap.
• Provide ongoing tactical support for Salesforce, including user management and routine configuration updates.
• Implement system enhancements and perform user-focused troubleshooting.
• Identify opportunities to leverage existing application capabilities to increase productivity.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, business operations, or technical program management.
• Salesforce Administrator certification or demonstrated hands-on experience.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical documentation (PRDs/Process Maps).
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.
