is a Series C startup building an LLM-native platform for contact centers to power automated QA, real-time agent assistance, and voice/chat AI agents.
What you will do
- Design and build high-accuracy forecast engines using Gong and Salesforce data.
- Architect GTM AI agents for research, sequencing, and pipeline briefings.
- Develop deal desk infrastructure including pricing guardrails and quote governance.
- Create and maintain live executive dashboards for pipeline coverage, NRR, and forecast accuracy.
- Implement territory and quota models with clean routing logic in Salesforce.
- Partner with Marketing to ensure unified pipeline definitions and data hygiene.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 6+ years of experience in RevOps, GTM engineering, or sales strategy at high-growth B2B SaaS/AI companies.
- Deep, hands-on fluency in Salesforce and Gong.
- Proven track record of personally building forecasts, routing logic, and GTM automations.
- Experience building with AI tooling and LLM-driven workflows.
- Strong analytical and systems-design instincts with a bias toward shipping and finishing projects.
Nice to have
- CPQ and Salesforce architecture depth.
- Experience with outbound data infrastructure including enrichment, sequencing, and intent.
- Background in enterprise sales motions and complex-deal support.
