What you will do

• Establish robust tracking and dashboards for Solution Advisor utilization and deal alignment.
• Monitor demo frequencies, types, and success rates to correlate them with revenue outcomes.
• Own and optimize the PreSales tech stack, integrating AI-assisted productivity tools to reduce manual work.
• Manage Application Solution Design (ASD) workflows, governance, and documentation for sales stages.
• Lead cross-functional operational projects across PreSales, Sales Operations, Product, and IT.
• Audit and automate repetitive tasks to increase time spent by advisors in front of customers.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, PreSales Operations, or Revenue Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) reporting, custom object tracking, and dashboard creation.
• Hands-on experience building ServiceNow (SNOW) dashboards and leveraging performance analytics.
• Comprehensive knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong project management skills (PMP, Agile, or equivalent practical experience).
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Raleigh, USA.
