CRM Lifecycle Specialist (Web3) (CRM and marketing automation): Creating, managing, analyzing, and optimizing multi-channel customer campaigns with an accent on cross-functional delivery, localization, tracking, and AI-assisted execution. Focus on automating campaign processes, coordinating high-volume programs, and improving delivery efficiency across product, marketing, sales, and analytics teams.
Location: Paris, France — hybrid, with the option to work from home up to three times per week.

What you will do
- Create, manage, analyze, and optimize multi-channel CRM marketing campaigns.
- Own end-to-end campaign and program delivery, coordinating content, design, development, localization, tracking, and launch activities.
- Collaborate with product marketing, legal, product, sales, analytics, and other stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to automate, optimize, and improve internal campaign delivery processes.
- Use AI tools to accelerate campaign execution and provide actionable process improvements.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in CRM or marketing automation.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Marketo, or HubSpot.
- Experience with or understanding of AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, or Gemini.
- Highly proficient spoken and written English.
Nice to have
- Experience or interest in the crypto industry or fintech.
- Knowledge of SQL or Liquid Scripting, or prior experience working with code.
