Enterprise Sales Manager (Marketplace): Driving aggressive marketplace growth in the US market by hiring, training, and developing a high-performance enterprise sales team with an accent on value-based sales methodologies and strategic partnership discovery. Focus on scaling pipeline velocity, executing MEDDICC frameworks, and navigating complex multi-stakeholder deals to solve core business pains.

Location: Hybrid (3x a week in Chicago, Illinois, US)

Salary: Base $125,000 - $140,000, OTE $230,000 - $260,000

What you will do

  • Hire, onboard, and develop an elite enterprise sales team using rigorous rubrics and high-performance coaching.
  • Own the delivery of new business targets and maintain a high-velocity pipeline.
  • Implement operational discipline using Salesforce and MEDDICC for accurate forecasting and deal validation.
  • Lead strategic discovery processes to uncover business pain and build partnerships based on mutual value.
  • Model executive presence to navigate and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Conduct weekly deal reviews to ensure progress through verifiable customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • Deep proficiency in value-based sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Command of Message, Jolt).
  • Proven track record in high-growth marketplace environments.
  • Experience as a people leader using frameworks like Radical Candor, Lencioni, or Skill/Will.
  • Ability to model consultative selling and executive presence for senior stakeholders.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Chicago hub 3x a week.
