Location: Hybrid (3x a week in Chicago, Illinois, US)
Salary: Base $125,000 - $140,000, OTE $230,000 - $260,000

What you will do
- Hire, onboard, and develop an elite enterprise sales team using rigorous rubrics and high-performance coaching.
- Own the delivery of new business targets and maintain a high-velocity pipeline.
- Implement operational discipline using Salesforce and MEDDICC for accurate forecasting and deal validation.
- Lead strategic discovery processes to uncover business pain and build partnerships based on mutual value.
- Model executive presence to navigate and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Conduct weekly deal reviews to ensure progress through verifiable customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Deep proficiency in value-based sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Command of Message, Jolt).
- Proven track record in high-growth marketplace environments.
- Experience as a people leader using frameworks like Radical Candor, Lencioni, or Skill/Will.
- Ability to model consultative selling and executive presence for senior stakeholders.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Chicago hub 3x a week.
