Director of Recruitment (Sales): Building and scaling a national agent recruitment engine for hospitality investment sales with an accent on full-cycle recruiting, pipeline development, and time-to-production. Focus on designing scalable sourcing and onboarding systems, tracking recruiting performance metrics in Salesforce, and retaining top performers across multiple markets.
Location: Phoenix preferred; hybrid office schedule. Open to remote if outside Arizona. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Salary: $95,000–$130,000 base salary + performance bonus/commission eligibility

What you will do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for top commercial real estate brokerage talent across multiple markets.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and competitive analysis to build a sustainable pipeline of future hires.
- Manage candidate outreach, screening, interview coordination, and offer processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Own onboarding and accelerate agent time-to-production, including internal training programs and certification standards.
- Track recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics in Salesforce and other recruiting platforms.
- Partner with leadership on hiring needs, growth objectives, and market expansion plans; support retention and engagement of top performers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or lead generation within commercial real estate.
- Experience recruiting in commercial real estate brokerage, investment sales, and related professional services.
- Experience delivering onboarding and training programs for new employees.
- Strong research, sourcing, and talent-mapping skills; excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple markets, searches, and candidate pipelines simultaneously with strong organizational follow-through.
- Work authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Nice to have
- Experience with hospitality investment sales brokerage recruiting.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and other recruiting platforms.
- Understanding of commercial real estate brokerage models, competitive landscapes, and compensation structures.
- Experience scaling recruiting functions in high-growth organizations.
