What you will do
- Recruit, hire, train, and ramp a team of sales development representatives (SDRs).
- Coach and mentor SDRs on consultative, solution-based outbound sales skills across campaign strategy, outbound execution, and opportunity nurturing.
- Use data and analytics to set and adjust strategy, monitor performance, and improve sales lead processes, metrics, reporting, and tools.
- Generate top-of-funnel demand by identifying lead sources and constructing outbound lead lists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Growth Operations, Marketing, GMs, SMEs) to drive new business and strengthen feedback loops.
- Own execution of pipeline goals and drive a high-accountability culture to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual quota and revenue targets.
Requirements
- 5+ years in sales, business development, or revenue-focused roles.
- 2+ years managing a team, including coaching and developing individual contributors.
- Proven track record scaling a high-performing team and exceeding quota expectations.
- Strong outbound and new-business mindset, including willingness to A/B test outbound messaging and iterate the value proposition.
- Experience using data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve sales processes.
- Leadership mindset with ability to roll up sleeves and work alongside the team.
