Salary: $256,073 - $336,097 USD

What you will do

• Lead governance of strategic alliances, ensuring transparent communication and shared accountability with partners like Janssen.
• Coordinate joint steering committees and working teams to ensure compliance and delivery on shared milestones.
• Design and lead internal communication strategies to ensure clarity and alignment across global teams.
• Partner with the BU President to shape strategic initiatives, including digital scaling and operational innovation.
• Support BU-wide capability strategy to ensure teams are equipped for current and future needs across Commercial, GMS, Quality, and Medical Affairs.
• Proactively identify risks and drive resolution or acceleration initiatives within collaborations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Pharma/Biotech with a focus on alliance management, strategy, and business operations.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing high-complexity external partnerships and governance structures.
• Experience working within matrix organizations across Commercial, GMS, Quality, and Medical Affairs.
• Strong executive-level communication skills and ability to distill complex information.
• Must be based in or able to work from Bridgewater, NJ.
