Salary: $155,000 - $201,500 Annual

What you will do

• Develop and execute a Patient & Professional Organization engagement strategy aligned to business and community needs.
• Co-create innovative initiatives with Patient and Professional Organizations to empower patients to seek optimal care.
• Build and maintain a KOL strategy with identified thought leaders in assigned therapeutic/disease states.
• Implement a systematic strategic framework to ensure patient experience is incorporated into critical business decisions across the asset lifecycle.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate actionable insights from patients and HCPs into company programs.
• Represent the company in external forums and conferences related to patient advocacy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, public health, or related fields.
• 6+ years of experience in patient advocacy/engagement within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries.
• Strong understanding of Pulmonary and Rare Lung diseases.
• Demonstrated experience in developing strategic projects and managing budgets.
• Experience working across a matrixed team structure and leading peers.
• Knowledge of regulatory and ethical considerations related to patient advocacy.
