What you will do
- Conduct strategic research and analysis to support planning, competitive intelligence, and growth evaluations.
- Partner with executive leadership to coordinate annual planning, quarterly prioritization, and goal-setting processes.
- Own the leadership operating calendar, including meeting agendas, decision logs, and commitment tracking.
- Facilitate leadership offsites, board meeting preparation, and other high-stakes executive forums.
- Act as an extension of the leadership team to resolve cross-functional operational challenges and remove barriers to execution.
- Synthesize complex business inputs into concise, decision-ready framing for senior executives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, chief of staff, business operations, or executive program management.
- Industry experience in media, streaming, or consumer subscription businesses.
- Proven track record of working directly alongside C-suite or SVP-level leaders.
- Exceptional written communication skills for research briefs, agendas, and executive summaries.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and turn data into actionable strategic recommendations.
- High discretion and professional judgment for handling sensitive board and personnel matters.
