What you will do

• Lead the stabilization and transformation of CMDB and IT Asset Management processes within ServiceNow.
• Own the end-to-end CMDB lifecycle, including CI class governance, hardware asset tracking, and compliance reporting.
• Design and manage automated sync pipelines between Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and ServiceNow.
• Administer CMDB identification rules, reconciliation policies, and deduplication logic.
• Manage ServiceNow ITOM Discovery and MID Server clusters across hybrid infrastructure.
• Produce CMDB health reports and asset compliance dashboards for audit readiness and leadership decision-making.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Bridgewater, NJ.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8–12 years of progressive IT experience, including 3–5 years managing teams in healthcare or regulated environments.
• Strong expertise with ServiceNow CMDB, ITAM, and ITOM modules.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Graph API integrations.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, REST APIs).
• ITIL v4 certification or similar service management credentials.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday and HRSD modules.
• Proficiency in Power BI and advanced data analysis.
• Experience with GraphQL, SOAP, gRPC, or Kafka.
• Mandarin language skills.
