What you will do

• Support and enhance a mature ServiceNow hosted solution for a US Federal agency.
• Collaborate with project managers, lead consultants, and SMEs on agile/scrum development activities.
• Contribute to release planning, sprint planning, and solution roadmaps.
• Manage requirements validation, user story grooming, and documentation.
• Configure applications, develop designs, and perform unit, system, and user acceptance testing.
• Support post-production activities, including hypercare and environment refreshes.

Requirements

• Must be a United States Citizen and able to pass a Public Trust background check.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Must have experience with Workspace Service Delivery (WSD).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• 3-5 years of ServiceNow technical development experience.
• 3+ years of experience programming in JavaScript.
• Experience with ITIL practices and O&M support processes.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ServiceNow application suites.
• Experience with Java, JSP, REST/SOAP APIs, and SQL.
• Experience with automated test scripts and platform upgrades.
