Salary: $185,000 – $207,000

What you will do

• Own end-to-end Transportation Management (TM) capability, ensuring alignment with standard, efficient processes.
• Translate transportation needs into scalable system capabilities across planning, execution, settlement, and visibility.
• Lead TM delivery across Project Elevate releases, including design, build, test, and deployment.
• Govern custom development (ABAP enhancements) and oversee integration via IDocs, APIs, and middleware such as CPI and MuleSoft.
• Lead and develop onshore and offshore TM team members and manage SI and AMS partners.
• Monitor key performance metrics including freight cost, on-time delivery, and carrier performance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP Transportation Management (TM).
• Experience supporting large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Proven ability to integrate SAP TM with EWM, SD, MM, and external logistics platforms.
• Experience managing System Integrator (SI) and AMS partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel up to 40% during the transformation program.
