• Mentor project managers and support staff to develop technical capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing complex electrical construction or industrial projects.
• Proven success leading technically demanding projects with full P&L accountability.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
