What you will do
- Lead the planning, direction, and coordination of assigned products to ensure strategic objectives are met.
- Define and prioritize features, performance, and reliability based on business analysis and market feedback.
- Create detailed product architecture and design documentation (PRDs) to specify engineering requirements.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and internal departments to manage development timetables and product information.
- Supervise technical product training programs for sales, support, and professional services teams.
- Utilize AI-enabled tools and prompting to improve efficiency, accuracy, and streamline routine product tasks.
Requirements
- B.S. in a scientific or engineering area.
- 5-7 years of experience in product ownership, product management, or a related role like product development.
- Proven ability to communicate and present effectively to various levels of staff and external contractors.
- Capability to manage multiple shifting priorities simultaneously within a team environment.
- Ability to leverage AI systems for ideation, development, and scaling of departmental needs.
- Experience in prompting AI systems and assessing the quality of their output.
