What you will do

• Take ownership of platform development with a focus on scalability, UX, and technical excellence.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring requirements are clearly described and visualized.
• Create user stories that deliver real value based on customer needs.
• Guide implementation within the team, support releases, and ensure continuous improvement.
• Actively integrate AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) for requirements analysis, backlog management, and release planning.

Requirements

• Extensive practical experience as a Product Owner in a digital environment.
• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a similar technical field.
• Understanding of digital architectures, APIs, and web technologies.
• Professional-level German and fluent English skills.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Munich.
• Proven ability to apply AI tools and prompt engineering in the product lifecycle.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or comparable advanced qualification.
• Experience in AI-supported backlog analysis or evaluating user feedback using AI tools.
• Deep understanding of how to define and prioritize meaningful AI product features.
