What you will do

• Lead the strategic expansion of e-commerce tracking across a high-traffic, multi-tenant SaaS storefront platform.
• Build a new analytics function, including measurement infrastructure and platform foundations.
• Define scalable KPIs and performance metrics that guide product development for enterprise retail customers.
• Translate analytics and platform performance data into product features, clear requirements, and long-term growth strategies.
• Benchmark platform performance against retail and e-commerce industry standards.
• Collaborate with three cross-functional Product, Engineering, QA, and Design teams while connecting technical and commercial stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in an e-commerce environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and MVP-focused skills with experience in complex KPIs and platform performance measurement.
• Extensive experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Plausible, or Umami.
• Experience with spreadsheets and BI tools, including Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent English communication is required for collaboration with engineering teams.
• High attention to data precision and measurement logic quality, plus enthusiasm for integrating AI tools such as Claude or Cursor into daily workflows.

• Experience with Power BI.
