What you will do

• Act as the central interface between the AI platform and business application teams to coordinate the roll-out of AI capabilities.
• Gather and prioritize AI-related requirements, translating business needs into concrete technical solution scenarios.
• Monitor the AI competitive landscape to derive actionable recommendations for new or improved components.
• Establish and operate a framework to measure the usage and performance of existing AI components.
• Develop cost structures and business cases for new AI investments to support prioritization.

Requirements

• Background at the intersection of AI/technology and business (e.g., Product Manager, AI Business Analyst, or Technical Account Manager).
• Solid understanding of AI technologies and their practical application in enterprise software.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in usage analysis and cost modeling.
• Proven experience in structured requirements management and collaboration with engineering teams.
• Fluent in both German and English.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Mannheim for the hybrid work model.
