What you will do

• Contribute to and communicate the Code Quality Product Vision internally and externally.
• Research, clarify, and prioritize product opportunities and maintain an effective roadmap.
• Engage with users and customers to gather feedback and identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineering, and UX teams to design and deliver features.
• Balance innovation, consolidation, and stability in product development.
• Support growth of the Product Management team’s organization, tools, and processes.

Requirements

• On-site presence in Bochum, Germany.
• Passion for software development and code quality principles.
• Deep understanding of code quality and static analysis architectures.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding and software product management in agile contexts.
• Leadership skills and ability to manage complex, evolving projects.
