What you will do
- Own pre-sale technical discovery, scoping, and proof-of-concept builds for key prospects.
- Lead post-sale implementation, deployment, and onboarding, managing custom Statements of Work.
- Diagnose and resolve complex configuration and data-layer challenges as a Tier 2/3 technical resource.
- Audit data sync accuracy and resolve structural configuration requests using MySQL and PostgreSQL.
- Build automated internal delivery workflows using no-code/low-code environments and AI coding assistants.
- Partner with Product Engineering to provide feedback that influences new product development.
Requirements
- 1–3 years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architecture or Technical Support.
- Practical experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL and understanding of API documentation and webhooks.
- Ability to learn new tools quickly, including low-code/no-code platforms and AI development tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written technical communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting the Roofing or Field Services industries.
- Daily working experience with Jira and Confluence.
