What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to VP and C-suite stakeholders to align platform solutions with long-term business goals.
• Lead end-to-end solution design and drive platform adoption to maximize client value.
• Provide technical oversight across multi-event portfolios to ensure quality and adherence to timelines.
• Facilitate strategic discovery sessions, post-conference reviews, and milestone reporting.
• Mentor and develop Solution Consultants through expertise and best practice guidance.
• Contribute to industry thought leadership via whitepapers and conference presentations.

Requirements

• Proven track record of owning solution architecture for complex enterprise implementations.
• Experience in event technology, MarTech, or enterprise B2B SaaS implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex requirements into scalable configurations and integrations.
• Experience serving as a strategic advisor to executive-level stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with API testing tools such as Postman.
• Extensive experience designing and implementing complex API integrations across enterprise systems.
• Existing track record of contributing to industry thought leadership.
