Solution Architect (Event Technology)

Location: Remote, associated with Lehi, Utah, United States; travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.

What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to VP and C-suite client stakeholders, leading strategic discovery and consultation.
• Own end-to-end solution architecture and design for complex enterprise event implementations.
• Guide integrations, platform adoption, quality assurance, project scope, resource allocation, and deliverables across multi-event portfolios.
• Lead client-facing discovery calls, post-conference reviews, milestone reporting, and communications.
• Mentor Solution Consultants and share implementation best practices.
• Contribute to thought leadership, case studies, process improvement, and consulting methodologies.

Requirements

• Experience gathering, documenting, and translating complex requirements, configurations, and integrations across multiple systems.
• Proven ownership of solution architecture for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise implementations.
• Experience advising executive-level stakeholders and aligning solutions with long-term business strategy.
• Experience in event technology, marketing technology, or enterprise B2B SaaS implementation.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and process-design skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.

Nice to have

• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
• Extensive experience designing and implementing complex API integrations.
• Industry thought leadership through whitepapers, conference presentations, or social media.
• Experience mentoring Solution Consultants or comparable implementation professionals.
