What you will do

• Embed within strategic customer organizations to understand their business processes, operations, and goals.
• Architect, prototype, and deploy high-impact technical solutions that drive measurable organizational transformation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, translating technical platform value into business-specific language.
• Lead innovation and solution ideation workshops with key customers to accelerate time-to-value.
• Provide real-world product feedback to influence hirify.global's development roadmap and drive AI adoption.
• Travel to customer sites as needed to guide custom solution building and change management.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5-7 years of experience in SaaS pre-sales, implementation, or customer-facing enterprise roles.
• 7-10 years of overall technology and sales experience, preferably with flexible platforms.
• Deep understanding of relational database architecture and enterprise integration methodologies.
• Hands-on experience as an AI implementer, familiar with LLMs and vibe coding.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with process/persona mapping tools such as Lucid, Figma, Mural, or Miro.
• Passion for emerging trends in low-code/no-code applications.
