What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of inbound KYC requests from intake to resolution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding global KYC requirements.
• Review and validate documentation for compliance with AML and international frameworks.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records to ensure a clean audit trail.
• Monitor evolving global regulations and apply updates to daily compliance workflows.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify used).
• 1-2+ years of regulatory experience in KYC/AML frameworks.
• Ability to maintain high attention to detail under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Professional communication skills for interacting with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with complex legal entities or fund compliance environments is a strong plus.
