What you will do

• Manage monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables for solar lease, PPA, and battery storage transactions.
• Develop reporting templates and data delivery frameworks for new deals in partnership with legal and execution teams.
• Track portfolio performance metrics and provide meaningful insights to internal leadership and external stakeholders.
• Serve as a key contact for reporting inquiries from tax equity partners and institutional investors.
• Optimize data infrastructure and flows using Microsoft Fabric and BI tools to create scalable workflows.
• Implement AI-assisted tools and automation to reduce manual effort and increase reporting quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in structured finance, asset management, or portfolio reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills (complex modeling and data manipulation).
• Strong communication skills for presenting data to senior leadership and investors.
• Must be based in Charlotte, NC.

Nice to have

• Experience in solar, clean energy, or consumer financial products.
• Exposure to tax equity, securitization, or other structured finance products.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Fabric or Power BI.
• Experience using AI tools to automate reporting and data workflows.
