What you will do

• Manage the self-funded process for assigned clients, including stop loss and TPA marketing.
• Market TPA (ASO) pricing to partners and communicate recommendations to field offices.
• Project manage the stop loss renewal cycle from start to finish.
• Maintain strong relationships with stop loss carriers, TPA partners, and internal consultants.
• Provide proactive day-to-day support to the Self-Funded Center of Excellence leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with a group insurance carrier, TPA, captive, brokerage, or consulting firm.
• Working knowledge of group insurance underwriting across self-funded, stop loss, and fully insured plans.
• Demonstrated knowledge of TPA (ASO) pricing, marketing, and networks.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Active Life & Health producer license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
