Transactional Operations Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah, United States. Must work in office Monday-Thursday

Salary: $60,000 – $70,000

What you will do

• Assist high-profile fund managers and distributors with account maintenance, white label movements, and AML collection.
• Deliver ongoing client support and liaise across internal groups and external administrators.
• Collaborate with the Technology team to optimize the user experience through enhancements to the proprietary platform.
• Provide operational support for feeder funds and light support for direct funds.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in financial services, preferably within fund administration, client service, or the alternative investment industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
