Transactional Operations, Investor Servicing - Analyst

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah, United States; office-based Monday through Thursday with remote flexibility on Friday

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year, plus equity for full-time employees and an annual performance bonus

What you will do

• Support account maintenance for feeder funds and provide light operational support for direct funds.
• Assist clients with account maintenance updates, white-label movements, and AML collection and updates.
• Provide ongoing client support and coordinate with internal groups and external administrators.
• Support fund managers and distributors serving their clients.
• Collaborate with Technology to improve the user experience of the proprietary platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in financial services, fund administration, client service, or alternative investments.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, multitask, and work independently or collaboratively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Interest or knowledge in technology.
