• Ensure 100% accuracy in account reconciliations and resolve funding discrepancies.
• Analyze payment trends to identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate financial data and resolve client issues.
• Support process documentation and provide strategic recommendations for operational metrics.
• Assist in executing initiatives to streamline payment workflows and client-facing solutions.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in a business-related field (Accounting, Business Admin, Economics, or Finance).
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, Conditional Formatting).
• Solid understanding of financial concepts (debits, credits, payment funding).
• Familiarity with the US healthcare system and health plan operations.
• Ability to work 25% hybrid in Maitland, FL.
