What you will do

• Own the requirements process for enterprise client implementations from intake through sign-off, writing specs engineers can execute without back-and-forth
• Act as the day-to-day point of contact for two strategic enterprise clients, running weekly syncs, managing scope, and communicating status
• Coordinate delivery across engineering, design, and data teams for client-specific builds (including landing pages and front-end data display components)
• Review front-end deliverables against requirements before shipping and flag misalignments early
• Proactively identify and escalate scope creep, negotiating tradeoffs to keep delivery on schedule
• Run ad hoc analyses and validate data against client-facing requirements using available tooling

Requirements

• Location: NYC-based or willing to relocate
• 2+ years of experience as a business analyst, implementation PM, technical PM, or project manager on software or data products
• Proven experience owning enterprise client relationships and delivery against commitments (scope management and status communication)
• Strong requirements documentation skills (PRDs/BRDs/user stories or equivalent) that engineers can execute and clients can approve
• Comfort reviewing front-end deliverables against specs; basic HTML/CSS literacy is a plus
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and tracking delivery using tools like Jira or Linear (or equivalent)
