Requirements Analyst

Requirements Analyst: Supporting the identification, analysis, and management of business and functional requirements for the OneStream platform with an accent on translating stakeholder needs into actionable user stories and technical documentation. Focus on facilitating Agile ceremonies, maintaining requirements traceability, and ensuring solution alignment with financial business processes.

Location: Remote (US-based, Public Trust Clearance required)

What you will do

• Elicit and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Develop user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Maintain requirements traceability matrices and product backlogs.
• Support Agile sprint planning and backlog prioritization.
• Assist in test planning and user acceptance testing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or Finance.
• Must hold or be eligible for Public Trust Clearance.
• Proven expertise in business analysis and requirements management.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of financial management systems or ERP platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
