Salary: $155,000–$201,500 Annual

What you will do
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to maximize growth within the rare disease market.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers (HCPs) and emerging thought leaders.
- Maintain expert knowledge of disease states, product portfolios, and the competitive healthcare landscape.
- Collaborate with Market Access and Patient Support teams to achieve shared business objectives.
- Analyze market data to integrate insights into strategic territory planning and execution.
- Ensure all business activities are performed in strict accordance with industry regulations and company policy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in biotech or pharma product promotion.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and successfully launching products.
- Strong scientific acumen and high learning agility.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with portfolio selling.
- Specialization in rare or orphan diseases.
- Existing strong partnerships within the Pulmonary or Infectious Disease communities.
- Experience working with compliant patient support models.
