What you will do

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to maximize growth within the rare disease market.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers (HCPs) and emerging thought leaders.
• Maintain expert knowledge of disease states, product portfolios, and the competitive healthcare landscape.
• Collaborate with Market Access and Patient Support teams to achieve shared business objectives.
• Analyze market data to integrate insights into strategic territory planning and execution.
• Ensure all business activities are performed in strict accordance with industry regulations and company policy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in biotech or pharma product promotion.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and successfully launching products.
• Strong scientific acumen and high learning agility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with portfolio selling.
• Specialization in rare or orphan diseases.
• Existing strong partnerships within the Pulmonary or Infectious Disease communities.
