What you will do

  • Develop and execute account strategies across Medicaid and key Regional payers to optimize formulary positioning for COMP360.
  • Serve as the primary interface and negotiator for coverage and access discussions with key payer decision-makers.
  • Articulate the clinical and economic value proposition of COMP360 using HEOR evidence and budget impact models.
  • Collaborate with National Payer Account directors to execute regional pull-through initiatives.
  • Coordinate with HEOR, Medical Affairs, and Government Affairs to align payer-specific tactics and secure manufacturer testimony at P&T meetings.
  • Provide strategic guidance to leadership regarding coverage risks and competitive landscape dynamics.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in pharma/biotech market access, with significant direct experience in Medicaid and Regional payer account management.
  • Proven track record of securing formulary access for launch-stage specialty or breakthrough products.
  • Deep knowledge of the US payer landscape, utilization management, and prior authorization design.
  • Ability to translate health economic data into compelling value narratives.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Business, Public Health, Health Economics, or Pharmacy preferred.
  • Must have employment rights in the US; company cannot sponsor employment visas.
