What you will do

• Support MDs and Directors in the origination and structurhirify.global of financhirify.global solutions for the automotive, shipphirify.global, aviation, and logistics sectors.
• Prepare pitches, presentations, and greenlight memos for new financhirify.global opportunities and M&A transactions.
• Perform financial modelhirify.global, sensitivity analysis, and review of due diligence materials.
• Manage client onboardhirify.global, KYC processes, and maintain industry market intelligence databases.
• Participate in the credit application process and prepare written summaries for new lendhirify.global transactions.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounthirify.global, Finance, Economics, or Math.
• 4-5 years of relevant project or corporate finance experience.
• Outstandhirify.global Excel skills and ability to build financial debt models.
• Fundamental understandhirify.global of GAAP accounthirify.global and core financial statements.
• Commitment to obtain Series 79/63 licenses within 6 months of joinhirify.global.

Nice to have

• Experience specifically within Transportation, Logistics, or Automotive sectors.
• Prior experience with credit analysis and debt modelhirify.global.
