What you will do

• Create and analyze complex financial models, including DCF, LBO, and three-statement operating models.
• Prepare presentations and financial exhibits to explain industry trends and strategic client options.
• Coordinate with internal teams and client executives to execute M&A, divestitures, and capital raises.
• Perform due diligence, research, and documentation for live transactions.
• Analyze regulatory filings and Wall Street research to support financial decision-making.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Three years of experience in investment banking or a related corporate finance role.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling (LBO, DCF, public trading comparables).
• Experience with financial research tools such as Capital IQ, PitchBook, and AlphaSense.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for complex financial presentations.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
