What you will do

• Create and analyze complex financial models and perform customized company valuations.
• Execute mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions and manage fixed income and equity issuances.
• Prepare client presentations explaining industry trends and recommending strategies to meet client goals.
• Coordinate teams of tax advisors, attorneys, and bankers to manage transaction processes.
• Lead due diligence processes and actively participate in the negotiation of legal documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of investment banking or equivalent experience.
• Must be based in New York, NY, United States.
• History of outstanding academic and professional achievement.
• Strong team orientation and ability to work effectively across multiple groups and regions.
• Previous Industrials sector experience is preferred.
