What you will do

• Create financial models and valuation analyses for buy-side and sell-side M&A and financing.
• Collaborate with senior and junior bankers to prepare marketing materials and client information memoranda.
• Develop and present strategic pitches for the technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) sectors.
• Mentor and train junior investment banking analysts.
• Conduct research and critical analysis of market share and macroeconomic trends.
• Analyze accounting and regulatory statements, debt/equity filings, and financial projections.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Legal Studies, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial valuation and modeling.
• Expertise in DCF, accretion/dilution, LBO, comparable companies, and precedent transactions analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including macros, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
