What you will do

• Conduct detailed financial analysis on public and private companies to assess transaction opportunities.
• Design custom reports and financial models to assist clients with strategic investment decisions.
• Produce fund-level analysis showing potential returns for investors based on bespoke equity waterfalls.
• Engage with financial sponsors and management teams to build relationships and coordinate information requests.
• Liaise with transaction advisors including lawyers, accountants, and valuation experts to ensure smooth deal execution.
• Conduct outreach and marketing discussions with potential investors for secondary transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Two years of experience in investment banking or a related financial role.
• Proficiency in developing financial models including operating models, M&A, DCF, and LBO.
• Experience using private markets data sources such as Preqin and PitchBook.
• Knowledge of private placement rules at federal and state levels.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 10% of the time.
