Product Manager, Epic Services

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; candidates must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States. Travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations may be required as business needs require.

Salary: $92,400–$138,600 annually, based on experience.

What you will do

• Set strategy for Epic upgrades, enhancements, functionality evaluation, and feature adoption.
• Partner with Operations to understand workflows, challenges, and successes, then translate business needs into Epic standards and adoption strategies.
• Lead problem discovery, requirements, and scoping across Operations, Epic Services, Innovation, Product, and Data.
• Develop prescriptive recommendations that explain solution options, rationale, and tradeoffs.
• Inform Epic standard operating models and own the development and maintenance of Epic playbooks.
• Identify integration opportunities, educate Epic Services partners, and support consistent client messaging.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of Epic experience in healthcare operations or an IT environment.
• Epic certification in Patient Access, Hospital Billing, Professional Billing, or HIM.
• Deep functional expertise in Epic and strong executive-ready communication skills.
• Creative, solution-oriented problem-solving skills and the ability to work across operational and technical functions.
• Residence and authorization to work within the United States are required.
